A Microsoft partner in Jordan, based in Amman

When finance, sales and operations run on systems that grew up separately, closing the month, producing management reports and issuing invoices all depend on manual work. Moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 puts those processes on one platform, but only if the project starts from how your organisation actually works rather than from a list of modules.

ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with an office in Amman and more than 15 years of experience. Our Solutions Partner designations are Data & AI (Azure), Business Applications, Digital & App Innovation (Azure), AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms. We also hold the Reseller and Developer partner types. Our SyncroStocks app is listed on Microsoft Marketplace.

Our Amman office works with our offices in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, so a group that operates in more than one country can keep one partner across the region. Our digital transformation work in Jordan starts from the business: priorities, fit and the roadmap that serves them. That also means planning for Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law from the first workshop. We deliver in Arabic and English.

Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems for companies in Jordan

For ERP, we implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, which Microsoft groups as its finance and operations apps (often searched as D365 F&O or D365 FO), together with HR, Project Operations and Business Central. For CRM, we implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.

We start from your priorities rather than a module list: how you close the month, plan stock, bill projects and serve customers, plus the reports management relies on. Then we configure, integrate and deliver on the Microsoft platform, train your teams and support the system after go-live.

The early decisions shape everything after them: how many legal entities and currencies you run, how your chart of accounts and approval routes should work, which systems Dynamics 365 must exchange data with and what stays outside the ERP.

Business Central is localised for Jordan by partners rather than by Microsoft, so that localisation is part of the early decisions too. On the payables side, invoice capture reads supplier invoices into Dynamics 365 Finance so they can be checked before they are posted, with exceptions routed to the person who owns them.

  • ERP: Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Operations and Business Central
  • CRM: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights
  • Reporting and analytics: Power BI and Microsoft Fabric on your ERP and CRM data
  • Apps and automation: Power Apps, Power Automate and invoice capture for accounts payable

Moving from Dynamics AX or an older ERP to Dynamics 365

A move to Dynamics 365 often starts from a system that still works but no longer fits: Dynamics AX, an on-premises ERP or a set of spreadsheets around an accounting package.

We assess what to keep, what to change and what to retire. Then we plan the data to move, test it with your users and agree how the old system is closed. The aim is a clean starting point rather than a copy of old workarounds.

For Dynamics AX users the main question is usually scope: which customisations still earn their place and which can give way to standard Dynamics 365 features. If you are unsure where to start, an assessment of your current ERP and processes gives you a scoped plan before you commit.

Personal data, hosting and Azure for organisations in Jordan

Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 came into effect on 17 March 2024. The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship explains that personal data can be transferred and stored outside Jordan under conditions set in the law, which include an adequate level of protection at the destination, and that the Personal Data Protection Council will issue a list of approved countries, organisations and entities.

That shapes cloud decisions. Microsoft’s list of Azure regions has no region in Jordan; Gulf regions on the list include Qatar Central in Doha and UAE North in Dubai. Business Central environments localised for Jordan are deployed in Microsoft’s UAE geography.

We document where each part of your solution stores data, who can reach it and why. For every Azure workload we choose the region with you and record the reason, so your legal and compliance teams can decide with the facts in front of them.

AI agents, Copilot and data analytics for Jordanian organisations

We bring AI into everyday work where it creates value, with people accountable for every decision. That can be an agent built in Copilot Studio that drafts a reply for a colleague to approve, a chatbot that answers customers in Arabic and English or invoice capture that reads supplier invoices into Dynamics 365 for review. We also build AI solutions on Anthropic’s Claude models where they suit the task.

AI acts within roles and approvals; people stay accountable. We start with one process, one set of trusted data and one approval route, then extend what works.

AI depends on trusted data. With Power BI and Microsoft Fabric we connect the data your decisions depend on and turn it into reporting people trust. Where forecasting or classification adds value, we build data science and machine learning models on Azure.

Managed services, outsourcing and custom development from Jordan

After go-live, our managed services keep your Microsoft platform running and improving, with proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support. One managed service covers the Microsoft platform we deliver, in Arabic and English.

When your team needs more capacity, we take on outsourced work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and data. Where configuration is not enough, we build custom applications and integrations, including web and mobile apps on Power Apps and Azure.

You work with one partner from the first decision to everyday operation.

09 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is ConsultTik a Microsoft partner with an office in Jordan?

Yes. ConsultTik has an office in Amman and holds five Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, plus the Reseller and Developer partner types; the full list is on our Microsoft partner page. The Amman team works with our offices in Qatar and Saudi Arabia on regional projects.

How much does a Dynamics 365 ERP system cost in Jordan?

It depends on four things. The apps you choose and the number and type of users set the Microsoft licence cost. The scope sets the project effort: legal entities, processes and integrations. Then come the data you move from your current system and the support model after go-live. We give you an estimate once that scope is clear, not a figure from a price list.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central: which suits us?

It depends on the scale and complexity of your operations: how many legal entities and countries you run, how deep your supply chain, manufacturing or project accounting needs go and how you expect to grow. We compare both options against your actual processes before you decide.

Can Dynamics 365 work in Arabic?

Microsoft documents right-to-left support for Arabic in its finance and operations apps and lists Arabic among the supported languages for Dynamics 365 Sales Premium features. In Business Central, Arabic is not one of the languages Microsoft translates itself, so it depends on a partner’s language app. Support differs by app and feature, so we confirm it for the apps you choose. Our workshops, training and support run in Arabic and English.

Where will our data be stored?

It depends on the apps and services you choose. Microsoft’s list of Azure regions has no region in Jordan today. Business Central environments for Jordan are deployed in Microsoft’s UAE geography; Azure services can run in regions such as Qatar Central or UAE North. Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law allows transfers abroad under conditions, so we map the data flows and review them with your compliance team.

Do you offer managed services and IT outsourcing in Jordan?

Yes. Our managed services cover proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support for the Microsoft platform we deliver. We also take on outsourced work and custom development across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and data.

How long does a Dynamics 365 implementation take?

It depends on the apps you choose, the number of legal entities and integrations, the volume of data to move and how many teams go live at once. We agree a plan with clear milestones before work starts and review it with you as the project moves.
