IT outsourcing and staff augmentation for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure
IT outsourcing and staff augmentation add Microsoft skills to your team without adding headcount: Dynamics 365 consultants, Power Platform and Azure developers and data specialists, working under your direction or as a team we manage, in Arabic and English.

IT outsourcing for Microsoft platforms: what it covers
IT outsourcing means different things to different buyers. For some it is staff augmentation: experienced people who join your team for a period and work to your priorities. For others it means handing a defined scope to a supplier, such as application support for Dynamics 365 or the build of a set of Power Apps, with that supplier accountable for delivery.
We offer both for the Microsoft platforms we implement: Dynamics 365 for ERP and CRM, Power Platform and Azure, as well as data and analytics. The work on these platforms does not stand still. Microsoft moved all Dynamics 365 online customers onto a single version with a steady release cadence, so update planning and regression testing are ongoing work rather than a one-off project.
Our focus is the Microsoft business platform rather than general IT services: the ERP, CRM, data, automation and cloud systems that run finance, operations and customer work. Where you want us to run the platform end to end, our Managed Services cover monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support.

When outsourcing makes sense
Outsourcing suits work that is real but not constant, and skills you need but cannot keep busy full time. Typical cases include an implementation or upgrade that needs extra people for a period, a backlog of Dynamics 365 or Power Platform enhancements and specialist skills such as X++ development, integration or Microsoft Fabric. Cover for a team member on leave or between hires is another.
It suits less well when the capability is central to how you compete and you want it in-house for the long term. In that case outsourcing can cover the gap while you build your own team, with knowledge transfer planned from the start. And if you would rather not manage the platform at all, Managed Services is a better fit than augmentation.

Staff augmentation: the Microsoft skills we provide
Each person is matched to your requirement, and we agree working hours, reporting lines, tools and the language of delivery before they start. Seniority matters as much as skills: a short engagement to unblock an integration needs a different profile from a year-long role in a finance transformation, so we agree the level of experience, the expected outputs and how performance will be reviewed.
Typical roles include:
- Dynamics 365 functional consultants for finance, supply chain, sales and customer service
- Dynamics 365 technical consultants and developers for X++, AL, Dataverse plug-ins and integrations
- Power Platform developers for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio
- Azure engineers for infrastructure, identity, security and migration work
- Data engineers and analysts for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Project managers and business analysts who know how Microsoft projects are delivered

Outsourcing models: staff augmentation, dedicated team or managed scope
Choose the model that matches how much control you want to keep. Whichever you choose, governance stays simple: one accountable contact at ConsultTik, a clear way to change the scope or the team and regular reviews of progress and quality.
- Staff augmentation: individuals join your team, follow your processes and take day-to-day direction from your managers.
- Dedicated team: a team assigned to your programme, with a ConsultTik lead who plans the work with you and reports on it.
- Managed scope: we take responsibility for a defined outcome, such as an integration, an upgrade workstream or application support, against agreed acceptance criteria.
- A combination: for example, augmentation during an implementation and a managed model once the system is live.

Nearshore delivery from Jordan, on-site where it matters
Our offices are in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and we also serve clients in Kuwait, the UAE and Oman. That allows a practical mix: nearshore delivery from Jordan, within the region and in Arabic, with on-site work for workshops, testing and go-live where the engagement needs it.
Remote work runs on your tools and under your rules: accounts in your own Microsoft Entra ID tenant, your approval routes and your boards and repositories. You see the same progress and quality information whether a consultant sits in your office or in ours. Where users, documents or steering committees work in Arabic, we propose people who can work in Arabic and English.
Working in the region also means familiarity with local practice: Arabic documents and correspondence, master data held in two scripts and the e-invoicing requirements that apply in the countries we serve.

Security, access and regulation
Outsourcing should never mean losing control of access. Our people work with least-privilege access that you grant and can revoke at any time, and the work stays inside your environments rather than copying your data into ours. For Microsoft cloud administration, granular delegated admin privileges (GDAP) let a partner hold only the roles you approve, for a limited period, instead of broad administrator rights.
Regulated organisations often have outsourcing rules of their own. Banks in Saudi Arabia, for example, work under the Rules on Outsourcing issued by SAMA, the Saudi Central Bank, which require SAMA’s written no-objection before material outsourcing. Your risk and compliance teams decide how an arrangement is classified; we give them clear information on scope, access, work locations and data handling, and we follow your policies on confidentiality.

Continuity and knowledge transfer
Outsourced work fails quietly when knowledge leaves with people. We document configurations, code and decisions as we go, keep the work in your repositories and environments and plan handovers so that a change of consultant does not mean starting again. Every handover follows the same checklist: open items, environment and access lists, documentation status and a joint walkthrough with the incoming person. When someone leaves the team, removing their access is part of that checklist.
When you decide to bring work back in-house, we plan the transition with your team: shadowing, a period of joint delivery, documentation and a clear end date. The aim is a team that can run the platform confidently, whoever is on it.

10 — FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between IT outsourcing and staff augmentation?
Staff augmentation adds people to your team, and you direct their work day to day. Outsourcing hands a defined scope to us, and we manage the people and the delivery. Managed services go further and cover running the platform itself. We offer all three for Microsoft platforms.
How is the cost of staff augmentation or outsourcing worked out?
It depends mainly on the roles and seniority you need, the duration and volume of work, whether the work is remote, on-site or mixed, language requirements and any cover outside normal working hours. We agree the commercial model with you before work starts; we do not publish rate cards.
How quickly can consultants start?
It depends on the skills and seniority you need and on your own onboarding steps, such as security checks and account set-up. Tell us your timeline and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Can your consultants work on-site?
Yes, by agreement. Our offices are in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and on-site, remote and mixed arrangements can all be set up. For clients in Kuwait, the UAE and Oman, we combine remote delivery with on-site visits where the engagement needs them.
Do you provide Arabic-speaking consultants?
We deliver in Arabic and English. Tell us which language your users, documents and meetings need, and we will propose people who can work in it.
How do you protect our systems and data?
Access is least-privilege, granted by you and revocable at any time, and our people follow your security and data-handling policies. For Microsoft cloud administration, GDAP limits partner access to the roles and the period you approve.
Can regulated organisations such as banks outsource this work?
Yes, within the regulator’s rules. In Saudi Arabia, for example, SAMA’s Rules on Outsourcing require banks to obtain SAMA’s written no-objection for material outsourcing. Your compliance team decides how an arrangement is classified, and we provide the scope, access and data-handling information they need.
Why choose ConsultTik for Microsoft outsourcing?
Because the people we provide come from a team that implements these same platforms: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, data and AI. You get consultants from a Microsoft Solutions Partner with 15+ years of experience, and delivery from our offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia in Arabic and English. If your needs change, you can move between staff augmentation, a dedicated team and managed services without changing supplier.
