Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM for organisations in Saudi Arabia
We implement and extend Dynamics 365 across finance, supply chain, people and customer operations, starting from your priorities rather than a module list. For complex and multi-entity operations that usually means the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations apps, often shortened to D365 F&O or D365 FO, such as Finance and Supply Chain Management, together with Human Resources and Project Operations. For growing and mid-sized companies we implement Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you still run Dynamics AX or another older ERP, we plan the move to Dynamics 365 as part of the roadmap.
On the customer side, Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights share one customer record with your ERP, so a cleared tax invoice, a service case and a sales opportunity all point to the same customer. Power Platform fills the gaps with apps, portals and automated workflows, including mobile apps such as SyncroStocks, our warehouse app that works with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. We bring industry context from the ten industries we serve, from manufacturing and retail to construction, financial services and healthcare.

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing in Dynamics 365
ZATCA applies its e-invoicing rules in two phases. The generation phase has been enforced since 4 December 2021. The integration phase started on 1 January 2023 and is rolled out in waves, each requiring the businesses it covers to integrate their e-invoicing solutions with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform. In July 2026 ZATCA announced Wave 25: taxpayers whose VAT-subject revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025 must integrate by 1 February 2027, and ZATCA notifies them directly.
In Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft supports the integration phase through its Electronic Invoicing service. Your system is onboarded with ZATCA to obtain cryptographic stamp identifiers (CSIDs), tax invoices are submitted for clearance, simplified invoices are reported, and the QR code ZATCA returns is imported back into Finance. We set this up end to end: onboarding, configuration, testing with your real invoice scenarios, training and go-live. For Business Central, the route depends on the Saudi localisation app in use, which we confirm during scoping.
Supplier invoices are the other half of the picture. We automate invoice capture and accounts payable in Dynamics 365, with people approving the exceptions.

Azure in Saudi Arabia: the PDPL and data residency
Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) came into force on 14 September 2023, and the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) publishes official guidance on it. The law applies to processing personal data in the Kingdom, including processing outside the Kingdom of data about people who live there, and it sets conditions for transferring personal data abroad. Hosting is therefore a design decision, not an afterthought.
Microsoft has announced its Saudi Arabia East datacentre region, in the Eastern Province with three availability zones, for hosting eligible workloads and data in the Kingdom. Availability varies by service. Today, for example, Business Central environments with the Saudi localisation are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE Azure geography, and electronic invoicing in Dynamics 365 Finance can involve transfers across geographies. Microsoft states that when a geography closer to a localisation becomes available, it moves Business Central environments there automatically.
We map where each workload’s data will sit, design identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID, and plan any move to Azure with your compliance team and the rules of your sector.

AI agents, Copilot and data analytics for Saudi organisations
We bring AI into everyday work where it creates value, with people accountable for every decision. That covers Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, AI agents that act within roles and approvals, chatbots and virtual agents for customer service, and AI solutions built on Anthropic’s Claude models where they suit the task. For customer service, that can be an Arabic chatbot or an AI voice agent that says it is virtual and hands over to a person on request, as the voice agent in DONOR 360, our charity CRM, does. Arabic support differs by tool and feature, so we confirm it for your use case before we build.
Behind them sits trusted data: Microsoft Fabric data platforms, Power BI reporting and dashboards, and data science and machine learning models for forecasting and analysis. We usually start with one process, one set of trusted data and one approval route. Our rule is simple: AI drafts, people approve.

Our office in Saudi Arabia: support, managed services and outsourcing
ConsultTik has an office in Saudi Arabia, which you can call on +966 564 535 708. Our team supports organisations anywhere in the Kingdom, whether they are based in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or elsewhere, and we deliver in Arabic and English, so finance, operations and IT teams can each work in the language they prefer.
After go-live, our managed services keep your platform running and improving with proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support. We also offer IT outsourcing for Microsoft platforms, and custom development for the integrations and apps, including mobile apps, that standard features don’t cover.
If your group also has entities in the UAE, Qatar or Jordan, one Dynamics 365 design can serve all of them while each meets its own rules, such as ZATCA in the Kingdom and the UAE’s e-invoicing system from 2027.

09 — FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. ConsultTik has an office in Saudi Arabia, which you can call on +966 564 535 708, as well as offices in Qatar and Jordan. We support organisations anywhere in the Kingdom, whether in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or elsewhere.
Can you set up ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing in Dynamics 365?
Yes. We set up ZATCA e-invoicing in Dynamics 365. In Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management this uses Microsoft’s Electronic Invoicing service: onboarding with ZATCA for cryptographic stamp identifiers, clearance of tax invoices, reporting of simplified invoices and importing the QR code ZATCA returns. For Business Central, the route depends on the Saudi localisation app you use.
ZATCA has notified us of our integration wave. Where do we start?
Check the integration date in ZATCA’s notification, then confirm that your Dynamics 365 version and setup can generate, stamp and submit invoices in the required format. Onboarding, testing and training need planning, so start early. How long it takes depends on your invoice types, legal entities, integrations and data quality.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central: which fits our company?
It depends on scale and complexity: the number of legal entities and countries, industry processes such as manufacturing, projects or distribution, user numbers and integrations. We assess fit against your priorities before recommending either, and explain what each means for licensing and support.
Does Dynamics 365 work in Arabic?
Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management support Arabic with right-to-left forms. Microsoft doesn’t list Arabic among its own Business Central languages, so Arabic screens there depend on partner language apps. Either way, we deliver workshops, training and support in Arabic and English.
Can our data stay in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the service. Microsoft has announced its Saudi Arabia East Azure region for eligible workloads and data. Some services run elsewhere today; Business Central environments with the Saudi localisation, for example, are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE geography. We map each workload against the PDPL and your sector’s rules before you commit.
How much does a Dynamics 365 implementation cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the apps and number of users, legal entities, integrations, data migration, ZATCA and reporting requirements, and the support you need after go-live. Licences are a separate cost from implementation. We give you a scoped estimate after an initial discovery.
Do you provide support and IT outsourcing after go-live?
Yes. Our managed services cover proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support. We also offer IT outsourcing for Microsoft platforms when you need people as well as a service.
