Three offices: Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia

ConsultTik has offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Each office has a local phone line, listed on its country page and on our contact page, and each country page sets out what we take into account there, from e-invoicing to where your data is hosted:

  • Saudi Arabia: Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing and Azure planning under the Personal Data Protection Law, for organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom.
  • Qatar: Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, Azure in the Qatar Central region and DONOR 360, the charity CRM we built for charities in Qatar and across the region.
  • Jordan: Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM, IT outsourcing and custom development, for organisations in Amman and across the country.

Three more markets: the UAE, Kuwait and Oman

We also serve organisations in the UAE, Kuwait and Oman. We have no office in these three countries: our teams in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan work with you there, and at the start of each project we agree how workshops, training and support will run. We say this plainly, because where a partner’s team sits shapes how you plan a project. Our offices keep the same time as Kuwait, one hour behind the UAE and Oman.

  • UAE: Dynamics 365 for organisations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, with e-invoicing through accredited service providers from 1 January 2027 for businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more.
  • Kuwait: Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM for organisations in Kuwait City and across the country, in Arabic and English.
  • Oman: Dynamics 365 for organisations in Muscat and across the Sultanate, where the Oman Tax Authority’s Fawtara e-invoicing becomes mandatory in phases from 1 April 2027.

Offices and markets: one Microsoft partner across six countries

If your organisation operates in more than one of these countries, one Dynamics 365 design can serve every legal entity while each meets its own country’s rules for tax, invoicing and data. The same team designs it, rolls it out country by country and supports it after go-live.

ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with more than 15 years of experience. Our Solutions Partner designations are Data & AI (Azure), Business Applications, Digital & App Innovation (Azure), AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms. One Microsoft relationship covers the transformation lifecycle, from advice, design and implementation to adoption, operation and growth, with managed services that provide proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support.

What changes from one country to the next

The Microsoft platform is the same in all six countries; the rules around it are not. E-invoicing shows it most clearly, with each country on its own timetable:

  • Saudi Arabia: ZATCA has rolled out its integration phase in waves since 1 January 2023, and businesses in Wave 25 must integrate with the FATOORA platform by 1 February 2027.
  • UAE: businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must implement e-invoicing by 1 January 2027, smaller businesses by 1 July 2027 and government entities by 1 October 2027.
  • Oman: the Oman Tax Authority’s Fawtara applies from 1 April 2027 to businesses whose supplies exceed OMR 5,000,000, and from 1 October 2027 to those below that threshold in the current phase; the authority says SMEs will follow in a later phase.
  • Qatar and Kuwait: we follow each authority’s announcements, and we can review how your ERP produces invoices today.

Personal-data rules differ too. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law has been in force since 14 September 2023, the UAE’s (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) since 2 January 2022 and Jordan’s (Law No. 24 of 2023) since 17 March 2024. Each country page sets out what we take into account there.

Where your data can be hosted: Azure and Dynamics 365 in the region

Microsoft’s list of Azure regions includes Qatar Central in Doha, UAE North in Dubai and UAE Central in Abu Dhabi, which is restricted to specific scenarios such as disaster recovery. Microsoft has announced its Saudi Arabia East region, in the Eastern Province, and in March 2025 it announced its intent to establish an Azure region in Kuwait. The list includes no region in Jordan or Oman.

Dynamics 365 follows its own rules. Business Central environments localised for any of the six countries are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE Azure geography, because the localisation decides the geography; Microsoft states that when a geography closer to a country becomes available, it moves those environments automatically. For Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, the UAE is one of the datacentre regions in Microsoft’s “Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa” macro region. We map where each workload’s data will sit and review it with your compliance team before you commit.

Arabic and English in every country

We deliver in Arabic and English in all six countries, so business users, finance teams and IT can each work in the language they prefer, from the first workshop to support after go-live.

Language support also differs by product. Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management support Arabic with right-to-left forms. Microsoft doesn’t list Arabic among its own Business Central languages, so Arabic screens there come from partner language apps. The UAE’s e-invoicing framework is designed to support both Arabic and English. We check what your users will see in each language before you go live.

How to reach the right team

Start with the business: tell us where your legal entities are, which Microsoft platforms you already use and what you want to move forward. One team answers, in Arabic or English, whichever country you are in, and our contact page lists each office’s phone line and our email addresses.

If you are comparing partners, ask each one where its team is based and which Solutions Partner designations it holds today. Our country pages say plainly which countries have an office, and our Microsoft partner page lists our designations by name. If you are looking for a role with us rather than a partner, our careers page covers working with us in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

11 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where are ConsultTik’s offices?

We have offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Each office has a local phone line, listed on its country page and on our contact page.

Do you have an office in Dubai, Kuwait City or Muscat?

No. We have no office in the UAE, Kuwait or Oman. We serve organisations there from our offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan, and agree with you at the start how workshops, training and support will run.

Which countries does ConsultTik serve?

Six markets: Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and Oman. Each has its own page covering the local rules we take into account, such as e-invoicing, personal-data rules and cloud regions.

Can you run one Dynamics 365 project across several countries?

Yes. One Dynamics 365 design can serve all your legal entities while each meets its own country’s rules, and the same team rolls it out and supports it. How the rollout is phased depends on your entities, deadlines such as e-invoicing dates, and integrations.

Can our data stay in our own country?

It depends on the country and the product. Azure has regions in Qatar and the UAE, and Microsoft has announced its Saudi Arabia East region. Business Central environments for all six countries are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE geography. We map each workload against your rules before you decide.

Which e-invoicing rules apply to our company?

It depends on where each legal entity is registered and, in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Oman, on revenue or supply thresholds. Each of these three countries has its own e-invoicing system and publishes a phased timetable. We check each entity against the authority’s current rules when we scope the work.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. We deliver in Arabic and English in all six countries, from workshops and training to support after go-live.

How do we start?

Tell us where your legal entities are, which Microsoft platforms you already use and what you want to move forward. We then suggest a first step, such as an assessment, a workshop or a scoped proposal.

Discuss your business priorities and Microsoft roadmap.

Tell us where your organisation operates and what you want to move forward. One team answers, in Arabic or English.
