A Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner for the UAE, from our offices in the region

The UAE is one of the six markets we serve. We do not have an office in the UAE: our teams in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan work with organisations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the emirates, and at the start of each project we agree with you how workshops, training and support will run. You deal with one accountable team, from the first decision to everyday adoption, in Arabic and English.

Before you compare partners in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, check the designations Microsoft has given each one. Ours are Data & AI (Azure), Business Applications, Digital & App Innovation (Azure), AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms, and our partner types are Solutions partner, Reseller and Developer, so licensing, implementation and custom builds can sit with one team, backed by more than 15 years of experience.

If your group also has companies in Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Jordan, we can roll out one Dynamics 365 template entity by entity, adding each country’s requirements where they apply, such as ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia. After go-live, our managed services provide proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support, and we add IT outsourcing or custom development when your team needs more capacity.

UAE e-invoicing: deadlines, accredited service providers and the five-corner model

The UAE’s Electronic Invoicing System covers business-to-business and business-to-government transactions and is based on the OpenPeppol standard; business-to-consumer transactions stay outside it until the Minister decides otherwise. Every business in scope appoints an accredited service provider (ASP). Your ASP validates each invoice, sends it as XML to the buyer’s ASP and reports the tax data to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), the fifth corner of the model. The Ministry of Finance has set these phases:

  • Revenue of AED 50 million or more: appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and implement by 1 January 2027.
  • Revenue below AED 50 million: appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and implement by 1 July 2027.
  • Government entities: appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and implement by 1 October 2027.

The rules are still being refined. Ministerial Decision No. 197 of 2026, in force since 1 October 2026, removed the requirement to store e-invoice data inside the UAE; records must still be kept for the statutory period and produced to the FTA on request. It also treats transactions between members of the same tax group as excluded for 24 months from 1 January 2027. We check the decisions in force before we plan your project.

Preparing Dynamics 365 for UAE e-invoicing (PINT AE)

For Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft lists UAE support in its Electronic Invoicing service as planned for 2026 release wave 2: invoices generated in the PINT format and passed to the Peppol network through a third-party “last mile” connection. The service can be deployed in Microsoft’s UAE Azure geography. In Business Central, the UAE localisation comes from partner apps built on Microsoft’s international version, so the route depends on those apps and on the ASP you choose.

The Ministry’s guidelines put changes to accounting and ERP systems on the readiness list, and our work in Dynamics 365 follows from it:

  • Review customer, item and tax data against the PINT-AE fields, including your tax identification number, which also becomes your Peppol participant identifier.
  • Choose your ASP and start onboarding with it through EmaraTax; the business starts this step, not the ASP.
  • Configure the connection between Dynamics 365 and your ASP, then test the end-to-end exchange on your real invoice scenarios.
  • Agree with your ASP who monitors transmissions and resolves errors after go-live.

Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM for companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

In the UAE, ERP requirements start with tax: Microsoft’s UAE localisation for Dynamics 365 Finance covers VAT setup and reporting, the FTA Tax Audit File and a UAE sales invoice layout. For groups and companies with complex operations, we therefore implement the Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps, often searched as D365 F&O or D365 FO: Finance and Supply Chain Management, with Human Resources and Project Operations where needed. For growing companies we implement Dynamics 365 Business Central, and if you still run Dynamics AX or another older ERP, we plan a phased move.

For CRM, Dynamics 365 Sales tracks pipeline and quotations, Customer Service and Field Service handle cases and on-site work, and Customer Insights brings customer data into one view. Linked to Dynamics 365 Finance, a quotation becomes an order and an invoice without being keyed in twice, which matters once every B2B invoice must also reach your ASP. Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate cover approvals, portals and the steps between systems, and SyncroStocks, our warehouse app, works with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

Azure in the UAE: UAE North, UAE Central and data protection

Microsoft runs two Azure regions in the UAE. UAE North, in Dubai, has three availability zones; UAE Central, in Abu Dhabi, is its pair and a restricted-access region for specific scenarios such as disaster recovery. Microsoft is also rolling out macro region geographies for new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments: the UAE is one of the datacentre regions in “Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa”, and selecting the UAE region itself requires Advanced Data Residency for every Microsoft 365 seat in the tenant. Business Central environments with the UAE localisation are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE Azure geography.

The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, came into force on 2 January 2022 and sets requirements for transferring personal data across borders, with the UAE Data Office as the federal data regulator. Some areas and sectors have their own rules: the Dubai International Financial Centre has its own Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020), and a federal law governs the use of ICT in the health sector.

For a UAE organisation, that means answering three questions before anything moves: do DIFC rules or a sector law, such as the federal law on ICT in health, apply to you; which Azure region and Dynamics 365 geography will each workload use; and who can access what, controlled through Microsoft Entra ID. We agree the answers with your compliance team before the move to Azure.

AI agents, Copilot and Arabic chatbots for UAE organisations

Many UAE organisations serve customers in Arabic and English, so we design AI for both from the start. Agentic AI drafts, checks and routes work, such as a quotation or a supplier query, for a person to approve; Copilot and Copilot Studio agents support your teams; chatbots and AI voice agents answer customers; and where Anthropic’s Claude models suit the task, we build on them. AI acts within roles and approvals, and people stay accountable. Because Arabic support varies by tool and feature, we test it on your own scenarios before we build.

Agents are only as good as the data they use, so we also build the data layer: Microsoft Fabric to bring finance, sales and operations data together, Power BI reports for management, and data science models for forecasting. A first AI project is deliberately narrow, such as one customer-service queue or one finance approval, so you can judge the result before you scale it.

Choosing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in the UAE

Lists of Microsoft partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are long. These questions help you compare them on what matters after go-live:

  • Which Solutions Partner designations does the partner hold today, and do they cover Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure? Ours are listed by name above.
  • How will your version of Dynamics 365 exchange invoices with your ASP, and who tests it before your deadline?
  • Where will your Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure data be hosted, and does that fit your sector’s rules?
  • Can your finance and sales teams be trained, and supported after go-live, in Arabic as well as English?
  • Where is the partner’s team based? Ours works from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan, and we say so from the start.

10 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in the UAE?

No. The UAE is one of our six markets, and we serve it from our offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan. You work with one team, in Arabic and English, and we agree with you at the start how workshops, training and support will run. You can reach us through our contact page.

When does e-invoicing become mandatory in the UAE?

It depends on your revenue. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more had to appoint an accredited service provider by 30 October 2026 and must implement by 1 January 2027. Businesses below that threshold must appoint one by 31 March 2027 and implement by 1 July 2027; government entities have until 31 March 2027 and 1 October 2027. The decisions have already been amended, so check the Ministry of Finance’s current text before you plan.

Can Dynamics 365 handle UAE e-invoicing in the PINT AE format?

For Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft lists UAE support in its Electronic Invoicing service as planned for 2026 release wave 2, with invoices in the PINT format sent to the Peppol network through a third-party connection, and notes that planned timelines can change. In Business Central, the route depends on the partner localisation apps and the ASP you use. We confirm the route for your version when we scope the work.

Do we still need an accredited service provider if we use Dynamics 365?

Yes. In the UAE model every business in scope exchanges e-invoices through an accredited service provider, which also reports the tax data to the Federal Tax Authority. Dynamics 365 produces the invoice data, and your ASP validates and transmits it. Your business starts onboarding with its ASP through EmaraTax, and we help you prepare Dynamics 365 and test the connection.

Can our Dynamics 365 data stay in the UAE?

It depends on the product. Business Central environments with the UAE localisation are hosted in Microsoft’s UAE Azure geography. For Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, the UAE is a datacentre region within Microsoft’s “Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa” macro region, and selecting it specifically requires Advanced Data Residency. Azure workloads can run in UAE North, in Dubai. Some features can transfer data across regions, so we check each workload before you commit.

Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations: which suits a UAE company?

It depends on scale and complexity: the number of legal entities and countries, industry processes, users and integrations. Dynamics 365 Finance comes with Microsoft’s UAE localisation for VAT, the FTA Tax Audit File and the UAE invoice layout, while Business Central’s UAE localisation comes from partner apps. We assess the fit against your priorities before recommending either.

How much does Dynamics 365 cost in the UAE?

There is no fixed price. The main drivers are which Dynamics 365 apps you need and for how many users, how many legal entities and integrations are involved, how much data has to move, and the work to connect Dynamics 365 to your accredited service provider before your e-invoicing deadline. Microsoft licences are priced separately from our implementation and support. After a short discovery, we give you a scoped estimate that shows each of these items.

Can you build Arabic chatbots and AI agents for customers in the UAE?

Yes. For customer service in the UAE we can build an Arabic and English chatbot or voice agent with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI, or on Anthropic’s Claude models where they fit better. It can answer common questions, collect details and hand over to a person, and it works within the roles and approvals you set. Arabic support differs by tool and feature, so we test it on your customers’ real questions before we build.
