02 — The problem

Where leasing gets stuck

  1. Lease quotations, calculations and reports live in spreadsheets.

  2. Lease contracts are stored as records with no financial interaction.

  3. Lease entries are booked manually into the ERP.

03 — How it works

The installation drives the lease

Add installations to an agreement, then follow one line from the contract to the ERP.

How the installation drives the lease

  1. A lease agreement is drafted: auto-numbered, with the customer PO, implicit rate, term, currency, payment frequency and sales rep, a mandatory attachment and workflow approval.
  2. Each installation fills a contracted slot and is linked to the agreement, with its device serial and terminal.
  3. Installed quantity can never exceed the contracted quantity. Additional quantity requires approval.
  4. Generate: lease receivable, interest, amortisation schedule, deferred interest, monthly interest-revenue recognition and VAT schedule.
  5. Propose journal entries: lease receivable invoice, installation journal and interest revenue recognition, with batch and date.
  6. Post in your ERP: the entries cross the shared integration database to the ERP you already run.
