A Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in Qatar, based in Doha
Qatar is one of our three office countries, alongside Jordan and Saudi Arabia. From Doha we work with organisations across Qatar on finance, operations and customer processes. We bring in the rest of the Microsoft platform when it serves those processes: data, automation, AI and Azure.
ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with more than 15 years of experience. Our designations are Data & AI (Azure), Business Applications, Digital & App Innovation (Azure), AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms. We also hold the Reseller and Developer partner types.
Our products show how we work. DONOR 360 was built for charities in Qatar. SyncroStocks, our inventory app listed on Microsoft Marketplace, works with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.
One Microsoft relationship across the transformation lifecycle. We deliver in Arabic and English.

Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM software for organisations in Doha and across Qatar
A Dynamics 365 project in Doha usually answers one of two needs: a finance and operations backbone that can carry several companies, currencies and projects, or one place for customers and service cases. For the first, we implement Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Project Operations (Microsoft’s finance and operations apps, searched as D365 F&O), or Business Central for growing companies. For the second, we implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
Each project starts from your priorities rather than a module list. We map how work actually moves between your teams, then configure, integrate and deliver on the Microsoft platform, train the people who will use it and support it after go-live. Early decisions shape the rest: legal entities, currencies, approval routes and the systems Dynamics 365 must exchange data with.
Where supplier invoices are still keyed in by hand, invoice capture reads them into Dynamics 365 for review and approval. Power Apps and Power Automate cover the processes around your ERP, such as requests, approvals and data collected in the field.

DONOR 360: a charity CRM built for Qatar
DONOR 360 brings fundraising, donor care, programmes and governance together in one bilingual platform built for charities in Qatar and across the Gulf. It serves charities, humanitarian and relief organisations, zakat organisations, foundations and endowments. Donor records hold names in Arabic and Latin script, Arabic and English work equally with full right-to-left support, and the platform works on a phone.
We build it and implement it, in five steps: discover, configure, migrate and integrate, train, then go live with support.
- Fundraising: campaigns and appeals, donations, pledges, receipts, recurring giving and zakat
- An omnichannel inbox across email, SMS, WhatsApp Business, calls and live chat. AI drafts, people approve.
- An AI voice agent that speaks Arabic and English, says it is virtual and hands over to a person on request
- A Dynamics 365 Finance connector and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in with MFA
- Emergency appeals that go live only after approval and a fundraising-permit reference

Azure in Qatar: Qatar Central and data residency
Microsoft opened its cloud data centre region in Qatar on 31 August 2022, with Azure and Microsoft 365 available from the start. Microsoft’s list of Azure regions shows Qatar Central in Doha with three availability zones.
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are a different case. Microsoft’s published Dynamics 365 and Power Platform regions include the UAE but not Qatar. Business Central environments localised for Qatar are deployed in Microsoft’s UAE geography.
Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on protecting personal data privacy governs how personal data is processed, and the National Cyber Security Agency publishes guidance for the organisations it regulates. Article 15 of the law bars a controller from measures that limit cross-border data flows, unless the processing breaches the law or may seriously harm the personal data or the individual’s privacy. Your sector’s own rules may still set where data must stay.
We map which data each workload holds and where it is stored. You can then decide what runs in Qatar Central, what runs in other regions and how each part is governed, with your compliance team involved from the design stage. If you are moving workloads from your own data centre, we plan the move to Azure in stages and test each one before you rely on it.

E-invoicing in Qatar: preparing your ERP
In May 2026 Qatar’s Cabinet approved a draft law on e-invoicing and its executive regulations, prepared by the Ministry of Finance in coordination with the General Tax Authority. Its stated aim is a legal framework for issuing e-invoices and notices. The announcement did not include a timeline.
E-invoicing setup in Dynamics 365 is part of our work in the Gulf countries, including ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia. In Dynamics 365, that work usually touches customer and item data, tax settings, invoice numbering, the document format and the connection that sends invoices and receives responses.
Before Qatar’s requirements are published, we can review how invoices are produced in your ERP today, where the data comes from and what would need to change. When the rules are final, the setup can start from facts rather than assumptions.

AI agents, Copilot Studio and Arabic chatbots in Qatar
We build agents and assistants that work inside your processes, starting with one process, one set of trusted data and one approval route. AI acts within roles and approvals; people stay accountable.
DONOR 360 shows the pattern in practice: its AI voice agent says it is virtual, speaks Arabic and English and hands over to a person. Its Ask AI feature answers from live data with references.
- Agents built in Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry that draft, check and route work for a person to approve
- Chatbots and assistants for customers and staff in Arabic and English
- AI solutions built on Anthropic’s Claude models where they suit the task
- Data science and machine learning models on Azure, with Power BI reporting around them

10 — FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Qatar?
Yes. ConsultTik has an office in Doha, one of our three offices with Jordan and Saudi Arabia. You can call the Qatar office or write to us through the contact page, in Arabic or English.
Can our Dynamics 365 data be hosted in Qatar?
Microsoft opened its cloud region in Qatar with Azure and Microsoft 365, and Azure lists Qatar Central in Doha. Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are hosted in Microsoft’s own regions, which include the UAE but not Qatar. For new environments Microsoft is rolling out macro regions: the one that includes the UAE also covers the UK, Europe and South Africa, and choosing a specific data centre region needs Advanced Data Residency for all Microsoft 365 seats in the tenant. Where data must stay in the country, we look at which parts of the solution can run on Azure in Qatar Central and review the design with your compliance team.
Is e-invoicing mandatory in Qatar?
In May 2026 the Cabinet approved a draft law on e-invoicing and its executive regulations, prepared by the Ministry of Finance with the General Tax Authority. The announcement did not set a timeline, so follow the General Tax Authority for the requirements and dates that will apply. We set up e-invoicing in Dynamics 365 for Gulf countries, including ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia, and can review your invoicing data now.
How much does Dynamics 365 cost in Qatar?
Licences and implementation are priced separately. The apps you choose and the number and type of users set the Microsoft licence cost. Implementation effort depends on your legal entities, processes and integrations, the data you move, training and support after go-live and, in Qatar, on hosting choices such as which workloads must run on Azure in Qatar Central. We give you an estimate once that scope is clear.
Is DONOR 360 only for charities in Qatar?
DONOR 360 is built for charities in Qatar and across the Gulf. It serves charities, humanitarian and relief organisations, zakat organisations, foundations and endowments. Arabic and English work equally, with full right-to-left support.
Can you build an Arabic chatbot or AI agent for us?
Yes. We build chatbots and agents with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and Azure OpenAI, as well as AI solutions on Anthropic’s Claude models where they fit. Language support differs by tool and feature, so we confirm Arabic support for what you need before we build. Every agent works within roles and approvals.
Can your Doha team support us after go-live?
Yes. Our managed services cover proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support for the Microsoft platform we deliver, and our Doha office can meet your team in person when a review or a new phase calls for it. When your team needs more capacity, we also take on outsourced work.
