What Claude for enterprise includes

Claude is a family of AI models and apps made by Anthropic, used for reasoning, writing, document and image analysis, coding and agents that carry out tasks. For organisations that run on Microsoft, there are three practical routes: Anthropic’s own plans and API; Microsoft Foundry on Azure; and Microsoft’s AI products, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, where Microsoft offers Anthropic’s models as part of its online services. Each route has its own licensing, data handling and support model, which is why the choice comes first.

Anthropic’s Enterprise plan lists single sign-on (SSO/SAML) with domain capture, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, role-based access control and data retention controls. It also includes Claude Code for software development and connectors, with custom connectors through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for internal systems. Anthropic states that prompts, data and results are not used to train its models by default, and its list of supported countries includes Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait and Oman.

Claude in Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365

In Microsoft Foundry, Claude models come in two versions. Hosted on Azure runs end to end on Azure infrastructure, so prompts and outputs stay within Azure. Hosted on Anthropic infrastructure runs outside Azure and supports some API features that the Azure-hosted version does not yet offer. In both cases Anthropic sells and operates the models as non-Microsoft products, usage is billed on your Azure invoice in Claude Consumption Units and counts towards a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment, authentication can use Microsoft Entra ID and support runs through Microsoft Support.

Claude also sits inside Microsoft’s own AI products. Anthropic is now a Microsoft subprocessor, and Microsoft offers Claude models in Microsoft Copilot, Researcher, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps, switched on by default for most commercial customers outside the EU, EFTA and the UK. In Copilot Studio, makers can choose a Claude model as an agent’s primary model once administrators allow it in the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform admin centres.

Where Claude fits in your business

We use Claude where its strengths match the work: long documents, agents that follow instructions across many steps and careful writing in Arabic and English. Typical uses we design for include:

  • Reviewing contracts, tenders, policies and reports, with answers that cite the source document
  • Drafting and summarising letters, proposals and reports in Arabic and English, for a person to approve
  • Reading invoices and other business documents and turning them into structured data for Dynamics 365
  • Agents that look up and update records in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other systems through APIs and MCP
  • Internal assistants that answer from your policies and knowledge base, within each user’s access rights

Claude models in Foundry accept PDF and image input, support citations and, for many models, offer a context window of up to one million tokens, which suits long-document work. Anthropic’s documentation includes Arabic in its multilingual benchmarks and recommends stating the response language explicitly; we follow that advice and test every solution with your own Arabic and English content.

Our Claude implementation services

We take Claude from a promising idea to a solution your organisation can rely on, starting with one use case, proving its value with your people and then extending it. ConsultTik is independent of Anthropic: we design and build on the published Claude platforms, and your licence comes from Anthropic directly or through Microsoft.

  • Use-case selection and an honest readiness check of data, access and process
  • Route and licensing advice: Anthropic’s plans and API, Microsoft Foundry or Claude inside Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365
  • Solution design and build on Azure, including agents, document processing and Arabic–English assistants
  • Integration with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint and your data platforms
  • Security and governance: Microsoft Entra ID access, logging, content safety and human approval for actions with consequences
  • Adoption, training and support after go-live through our managed services

Data residency and compliance for Claude in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Compliance teams ask where data goes, and the answer depends on the route. In Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft lists two deployment types for Claude: Global Standard and, for some Azure-hosted models, Data Zone Standard (US). With the Azure-hosted version, data at rest stays in your selected Azure geography while processing follows the deployment type. In Copilot Studio, Microsoft marks Claude models as cross-geo for Saudi Arabia, meaning data might be processed outside the region, and it notes that Anthropic models in its Copilot offerings, including Copilot Studio and Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps, are currently excluded from in-country processing commitments where these apply.

We then check each route against the rules you work under, such as Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data and the requirements of your sector regulator. Where data must not leave a boundary, the design respects it: personal data stays out of prompts, unneeded details are masked or Claude handles only content cleared to leave the country. How the law applies to you remains a decision for your own legal counsel and compliance officers.

Copilot or Claude? Often both

Microsoft 365 Copilot brings AI into the Microsoft 365 apps your people already use, and Microsoft now offers Claude models within its Copilot experiences, including Researcher, Copilot Studio and Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps. A standalone Claude solution on Foundry or Anthropic’s platform makes sense when you need a custom application, a specific integration or capabilities that Copilot does not expose.

The right choice depends on where your people work, the licences you already hold, where your data must stay and the task itself. Where you already pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot, we look first at what Claude inside Copilot can do before building anything new. We compare the options on your own use cases, then recommend one route or a combination, such as Copilot for everyday productivity and a Claude-based agent on Azure for a specialised process.

08 — How we work

How we work

  1. Choose the use case

We pick a process where Claude can help, with a clear owner, trusted data and a way to measure value.

  2. Choose the route

We compare Anthropic’s plans and API, Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio against your licences, data location and integration needs.

  3. Prepare data and access

We set up Microsoft Entra ID access, connect the right content and keep personal data out where it is not needed.

  4. Build and evaluate

We build the solution and test it on real Arabic and English examples, including requests it should decline.

  5. Launch with controls

We go live with logging, content safety and human approval for actions with consequences.

  6. Operate and improve

We monitor quality and cost and update prompts and models as Anthropic releases new versions. Support continues after go-live.

09 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is ConsultTik’s relationship with Anthropic?

We are independent of Anthropic and do not speak for it. ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner that designs and builds solutions using Claude models through Anthropic’s published plans and API, Microsoft Foundry or Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365. Licensing and terms of use for Claude come from Anthropic, or from Microsoft where Claude is part of a Microsoft service.

How much does Claude for enterprise cost in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

Anthropic sets Claude’s prices: its plans are priced per seat, and API access is billed by usage. Through Microsoft Foundry, usage appears on your Azure invoice in Claude Consumption Units; inside Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, it follows your Microsoft licensing. Our implementation cost depends on the use cases, integrations, data preparation, languages and governance you need. We scope it with you and do not publish fixed prices.

Can we use Claude in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar?

Yes. Anthropic’s list of supported countries includes Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait and Oman, and it covers Claude models offered through cloud platforms as well as Anthropic’s own apps and API. The practical questions are where data is processed on your chosen route and what your sector’s rules require; we answer both before you commit.

Does Claude AI work well in Arabic?

Anthropic’s documentation includes Arabic among the languages it benchmarks Claude on, with results close to English, and advises stating the response language explicitly and sending text in its native script rather than transliteration. We follow that guidance and test each solution with your own Arabic and English content, including mixed-language input, before it reaches users.

Is our data used to train Claude?

Anthropic states that, by default, it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products, including its API and business plans, to train its models. Through Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio, Anthropic acts as a Microsoft subprocessor under Microsoft’s Product Terms and Data Protection Addendum, except for certain models Microsoft offers under Anthropic’s own terms, such as those labelled “Anthropic models with Data Retention”. Through Microsoft Foundry, Anthropic’s commercial terms and data processing addendum apply. We review the terms for your route with your legal team.

Should we use Microsoft Foundry or go to Anthropic directly?

Foundry suits organisations that want Claude inside their Azure estate: billing on the Azure invoice, Microsoft Entra ID authentication, Microsoft Support and, with the Azure-hosted version, prompts that stay within Azure. Microsoft does not currently support Claude in Foundry on Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) subscriptions. Going to Anthropic directly suits teams that want Anthropic’s own apps, such as Claude Code, alongside the API. Within Foundry, the version hosted on Anthropic infrastructure also offers API features that the Azure-hosted version does not yet have. The two routes can be combined.

Can Claude agents work with Dynamics 365 and our other systems?

Yes. Claude can call your systems through APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard Anthropic introduced for connecting AI assistants to the systems where data lives. Copilot Studio supports MCP tools and resources, and Microsoft Agent Framework supports agents that use Claude models. We integrate with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and your other applications, with every action limited by roles and approvals.

How do you keep a Claude solution under control?

We apply our principle: AI acts within roles and approvals; people stay accountable. Access runs through Microsoft Entra ID, actions with consequences need a person’s approval and activity is logged. Because Microsoft Foundry does not add built-in content filtering for Claude models at deployment, we configure content safety in the solution itself, and every solution follows Anthropic’s usage policy.

Why ConsultTik for Claude?

Because we are not tied to one model. We build AI solutions on Claude and on Microsoft’s own AI stack, so we can recommend the model that fits each task rather than one tool for everything, and we bring Claude into the Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure environment your organisation already runs. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner with more than 15 years of experience, we deliver in Arabic and English from offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and also serve Kuwait, the UAE and Oman.
