A Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner for organisations in Oman

We serve Oman without a local office. Projects for organisations in Muscat and across the Sultanate are led from our offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and the plan agreed at the start sets out when your teams are needed, including the people who own invoicing and tax data for Fawtara.

Behind that delivery is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with more than 15 years of experience and five designations across business applications, data and AI, app innovation and cloud. We also hold the Reseller and Developer partner types, and our SyncroStocks app is listed on Microsoft Marketplace.

Our work starts from the business, not the technology: your priorities, how your teams work and the roadmap that serves them. Then we bring in the Microsoft platform that fits, from Dynamics 365 to Power Platform, Azure, data and AI, and deliver it in Arabic and English. If you already use Microsoft 365, Azure or an older Dynamics product, we start from what you own before adding more.

Fawtara: Oman e-invoicing and your ERP

The Oman Tax Authority’s e-invoicing programme, Fawtara, uses a five-corner model: the supplier, the supplier’s service provider, the buyer’s service provider, the buyer and the Authority. Accredited service providers validate and exchange e-invoices and report tax data to the Authority. Invoices are issued in XML, the mandatory structured format, and issuing them in different languages is supported.

The programme is phased: a pilot with selected large taxpayers, then more medium and large companies, then SMEs, and finally all VAT-registered entities. The Authority’s FAQ says you must implement from 1 April 2027 if your supplies from April 2026 to 31 March 2027 exceed OMR 5,000,000, or are expected to exceed it from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028; if neither applies, it gives 1 October 2027. The same FAQ says SMEs are included in the programme’s third phase, so check the Authority’s notices for the date that applies to you. For VAT groups, the threshold is assessed at group level.

Microsoft lists Oman for Dynamics 365 Finance as planned for 2026 release wave 2 or later, with invoices generated in the Peppol format and sent through a third-party connection; Business Central in Oman is localised by partners. Either way, the work sits in your ERP: complete customer, item and tax data, invoices in the required structure, the connection to your service provider and a clear way to correct rejected invoices. We set this up in Dynamics 365 and test it with your real invoice scenarios.

ERP software in Oman: choosing and moving to Dynamics 365

An e-invoicing deadline is a natural moment to ask whether your current system will carry the business forward. It is a business decision rather than a requirement: the Oman Tax Authority’s FAQ says existing ERP systems can be retained, depending on the arrangement with your accredited service provider.

Dynamics 365 offers two routes. Finance and Supply Chain, Microsoft’s finance and operations apps (often searched as D365 F&O), fit groups with several legal entities, deeper supply chain or manufacturing needs, or project accounting. Business Central fits growing and mid-sized companies that want finance, sales, purchasing and inventory in one system; for Oman, Microsoft lists it as localised by partners, with environments deployed in its UAE geography.

If you are moving from Dynamics AX, an on-premises ERP or spreadsheets around an accounting package, we decide with you what to keep, what to retire and which data to bring across, then test the migrated data with your users before go-live. On the customer side, we implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.

Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law and where your data is hosted

Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law was issued by Royal Decree 6/2022. It sets rules for processing personal data, including the data subject’s consent, and gives people rights such as withdrawing consent, having their data corrected, updated or deleted, and being told of breaches. Royal Decree 68/2026 amended parts of the law, including its scope, the cases exempted from it and provisions on automated processing. The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology publishes the law and a compliance self-assessment for controllers and processors.

On hosting, the position today is simple: Microsoft’s list of Azure regions has none in the Sultanate, so Azure workloads run in another region, such as Qatar Central in Doha or UAE North in Dubai, and Business Central environments for Oman are created in Microsoft’s UAE geography.

We map where each part of your solution keeps personal data, who can reach it and why, and review the design with your legal and compliance teams against the law and your sector’s rules.

Power BI, data analytics, Copilot and AI agents in Oman

We connect the data your decisions depend on and turn it into reporting people trust. With Power BI and Microsoft Fabric we bring together data from Dynamics 365 and the systems around it, so management, finance and operations work from the same numbers. Where forecasting or classification adds value, we build data science and machine learning models on Azure.

Once your data can be trusted, we add AI where it creates value: agents built in Copilot Studio that prepare work for a person to approve, chatbots that answer customers and staff in Arabic and English, and AI solutions on Anthropic’s Claude models where they suit the task. AI acts within roles and approvals; people stay accountable.

A first step can be small: a finance dashboard on Dynamics 365 data, a report that replaces a weekly spreadsheet, or an agent that sorts incoming requests for a person to approve.

Digital transformation, managed services and custom development in Oman

We approach digital transformation from the business side: priorities, fit and the roadmap that serves them. One relationship takes the work from advice and design through implementation and adoption to everyday operation.

After go-live, our managed services keep your Microsoft platform running and improving with proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support. When your team needs more capacity, we take on outsourced work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and data. Where standard features are not enough, we build custom software and integrations, including web and mobile apps on Power Apps and Azure.

09 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Oman?

No. Oman is a market we serve rather than an office country; our offices are in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Organisations in Muscat and across the Sultanate work with those teams remotely, in Arabic or English, and Fawtara readiness can start the same way. To begin, send us a message through the contact page.

When does e-invoicing become mandatory in Oman?

According to the Oman Tax Authority’s e-invoicing FAQ, you must implement from 1 April 2027 if your supplies from April 2026 to 31 March 2027 exceed OMR 5,000,000, or are expected to exceed it from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028. If neither applies, the FAQ gives 1 October 2027, and for VAT groups the threshold is assessed at group level. The same FAQ places SMEs in the third phase. Check the Authority’s notices for the date that applies to you.

Does Dynamics 365 support Fawtara?

Microsoft lists Oman e-invoicing for Dynamics 365 Finance, in the Peppol format and sent through a third-party connection, as planned for 2026 release wave 2 or later, and notes that planned timelines can change. Business Central in Oman is localised by partners, so e-invoicing there comes through partner localisation apps. We confirm the status for your version and plan the setup with your service provider.

How much does ERP software cost in Oman?

It depends on the apps you choose and the number and type of users, which set the Microsoft licence cost, and on the project: legal entities, processes, integrations such as your e-invoicing service provider, data migration, training and support after go-live. We give you an estimate once that scope is clear.

Can our data be hosted in Oman?

Not in a Microsoft Azure region today: Microsoft’s list of Azure regions has none in Oman. Gulf options include Qatar Central and UAE North, and Business Central environments for Oman are deployed in Microsoft’s UAE geography. We map each workload against Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law and your sector’s rules with your compliance team.

Can our e-invoices be in Arabic and English?

The Oman Tax Authority’s FAQ says that issuing invoices in different languages is supported. In Dynamics 365 we set up bilingual invoice layouts and test the Arabic text both in the XML that is sent and on the human-readable copy.

Do you offer Power BI and data analytics services in Oman?

Yes. We build reporting and analytics with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric on your Dynamics 365 and other data, and data science and machine learning models on Azure where forecasting or classification adds value. We deliver the work in Arabic and English.

Who supports our Fawtara integration after go-live?

We do, as part of our managed services for the Microsoft platform we deliver: proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support. For e-invoicing, that includes following up rejected invoices with your finance team and adjusting the Dynamics 365 setup when the Oman Tax Authority or your service provider changes its requirements.
