02 Who we are
This website is published by ConsultTik, a Microsoft Solutions Partner with offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ConsultTik.

03 What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. There are no accounts or sign-ups on this website.
- By email. When you write to info@consulttik.com or sales@consulttik.com, we receive your message, your email address and anything else you include.
- Through the contact form. The form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and country, and lets you choose a topic. Sending it either delivers these details to us or opens your own email app with the message ready to send.
We use your details only to reply to your message.
Like any website, the service that delivers these pages may keep the standard technical records that browsers send, such as an IP address and the time of a request, to keep the website running and secure. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
05 Settings kept in your browser
To work smoothly, the website keeps a few small settings in your browser’s own storage. They stay on your device, are never sent to us and are not used to track you. Settings kept for this tab are deleted when you close it.

06 Ask ConsultTik
Ask ConsultTik is an automated assistant. It answers from this website’s published content, and it runs in your browser: your questions are not sent to us or to any AI service.
Your conversation is kept in this tab’s session storage (ctk.assistant.v1), so it stays with you as you move between pages. It is deleted when you close the tab.
If the assistant is connected to a live AI service in future, this notice will be updated to explain what is sent and why.
07 Your choices
- You decide what to send us. Nothing on this website asks for personal information unless you choose to contact us.
- You can clear the settings described above at any time, on this page or in your browser.
- If you block site storage, the website still works; it simply will not remember your language.
- You can ask us what we hold from your messages, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@consulttik.com.
