A Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner for organisations in Kuwait

Kuwait is one of the six markets we serve. We do not have an office there: projects for organisations in Kuwait City and across the country are run from our offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. At the start we agree with you how the work will run, who takes part on each side and when your teams are needed.

ConsultTik has more than 15 years of experience and holds five Microsoft Solutions Partner designations covering business applications, data, cloud and AI, together with the Reseller and Developer partner types. For an organisation in Kuwait working with a team based in other countries, that breadth means one partner can carry the project from the first decision to everyday operation. The designations are listed in full on our partner page.

We work in Arabic and English. Workshops, documents, training and support can each run in the language your teams prefer.

ERP software in Kuwait: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central

A Dynamics 365 ERP project usually starts with a choice between two products. Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, which Microsoft groups as its finance and operations apps (often searched as D365 F&O), suit organisations with several legal entities and currencies, deeper supply chain or manufacturing needs, or project accounting through Project Operations. Business Central suits growing and mid-sized companies that want finance, sales, purchasing and inventory in one system.

For Kuwait, Microsoft lists Business Central as localised by partners on its international (W1) version, with environments for Kuwait deployed in Microsoft’s UAE geography. We check the partner localisation and language apps against your requirements before you commit.

Whichever product you choose, the early decisions shape everything after them: legal entities and currencies, the chart of accounts, approval routes and the systems Dynamics 365 must exchange data with. If you still run Dynamics AX or another older ERP, we plan the move with you: what to keep, what to retire and which data to bring across.

ERP and CRM in Arabic: Dynamics 365 for bilingual teams

Arabic support differs between Dynamics 365 apps. Microsoft documents right-to-left Arabic in the finance and operations apps and lists Arabic among the supported languages for Dynamics 365 Sales Premium features. Business Central is different: Arabic is not among the languages Microsoft translates itself, so Arabic screens depend on a partner’s language app, offered through Microsoft Marketplace; we confirm the app for your version before you commit.

Language is also a design question. Customer names, item descriptions and addresses may need Arabic and Latin versions; quotations, invoices and statements may need bilingual layouts; and reports have to read correctly in both directions. We settle these points during design, test them with your users and train each team in the language it works in.

Bilingual records matter most on the CRM side, where Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights share customer data with your ERP. We set up name, address and contact fields once, so a customer recorded in Arabic in one app is the same customer in the other.

Azure in Kuwait: the announced region and hosting today

In March 2025 Microsoft announced its intention to establish an AI-powered Azure region in Kuwait, through a strategic partnership with the Government of Kuwait represented by the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT) and the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), in line with Kuwait Vision 2035. The announcement gave no date, and Microsoft’s current list of Azure regions does not include a region in Kuwait.

Today, Azure workloads for organisations in Kuwait are hosted in regions outside the country; Gulf regions on Microsoft’s list include Qatar Central in Doha and UAE North in Dubai. Dynamics 365 and Power Platform have their own hosting regions, which include the UAE, and Business Central environments for Kuwait are deployed in the UAE geography.

We document where each part of your solution stores its data, who can reach it and why, and review the design against the rules that apply to your sector. When the Kuwait region opens, that map shows which workloads could move and what a move would involve.

AI agents, Copilot and data analytics for organisations in Kuwait

A first AI project can be bilingual from the start: a chatbot that answers customers and staff in Arabic and English, an agent built in Copilot Studio that drafts, checks and routes work for a colleague to approve, or a solution on Anthropic’s Claude models where they suit the task. People stay accountable for every decision the agent prepares.

We keep the first step narrow, with one process, one trusted data source and one approval route, and extend only what proves its worth. Because AI is only as good as the data behind it, we may start with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting on your Dynamics 365 data, then add data science and machine learning models on Azure where forecasting or classification adds value.

One Dynamics 365 for groups in Kuwait and across the Gulf

If your group also has companies in other Gulf countries, one Dynamics 365 design can serve them all, provided each country’s rules are planned in from the start. Shared customers, items and charts of accounts then stay consistent, while each company keeps its own tax setup, documents and reporting.

E-invoicing shows why. In Saudi Arabia, ZATCA has rolled out its integration phase in waves since 1 January 2023 and notifies taxpayers of their wave at least six months in advance; Microsoft lists Saudi Arabia as available for e-invoicing in Dynamics 365 Finance. In the UAE, the Ministry of Finance requires businesses with annual revenue above AED 50 million to implement e-invoicing by 1 January 2027. We set up e-invoicing in Dynamics 365 for Gulf countries, so a parent company in Kuwait and its companies in Saudi Arabia or the UAE can work on one design.

Managed services, outsourcing and custom development for Kuwait

Because our teams are not based in Kuwait, support after go-live is designed to work remotely from day one: agreed channels, contacts on both sides and clear ownership of each request. Our managed services cover proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support for the Microsoft platform we deliver, and your users can raise requests in Arabic or English.

When your team needs extra capacity, we take on outsourced work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and data. Where standard features are not enough, we build custom applications and integrations, including web and mobile apps on Power Apps and Azure. One relationship covers the work from the first decision to everyday operation.

10 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Kuwait?

No. Kuwait is one of the markets we serve, and our offices are in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Projects for organisations in Kuwait are run from those offices, in Arabic and English. To start, send us a message through the contact page.

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central: which suits a company in Kuwait?

It depends on scale and complexity: the number of legal entities and countries, how deep your supply chain, manufacturing or project accounting needs go, the number of users and the integrations you need. We compare both options against your actual processes and explain what each means for licensing and support before you decide.

How much does Dynamics 365 ERP software cost in Kuwait?

It depends on two things. The apps you choose and the number and type of users set the Microsoft licence cost. The project scope sets the implementation effort: legal entities, processes, integrations, data migration, training and support after go-live. We give you an estimate once that scope is clear, not a figure from a price list.

Can our data be hosted in Kuwait?

Not in a Microsoft Azure region today. Microsoft announced its intention to establish an Azure region in Kuwait in March 2025 but gave no date, and its current list of Azure regions has no region in Kuwait. Azure services can run in Gulf regions such as Qatar Central or UAE North; Dynamics 365 and Power Platform use Microsoft’s own regions, which include the UAE; and Business Central environments for Kuwait are deployed in the UAE geography. We map each workload against your sector’s rules before you commit.

Does Dynamics 365 work in Arabic?

Yes, but support differs by app. Microsoft documents right-to-left Arabic in the finance and operations apps and lists Arabic among the supported languages for Dynamics 365 Sales Premium features. In Business Central, Arabic depends on a partner’s language app. We confirm support for the apps and features you choose, and our workshops, training and support run in Arabic and English.

Our group also has a company in Saudi Arabia. Can the same Dynamics 365 handle ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes. Microsoft lists Saudi Arabia as available for e-invoicing in Dynamics 365 Finance, through its Electronic Invoicing service, and we set up ZATCA e-invoicing as part of the same design. The Saudi company’s invoices are then set up for ZATCA’s requirements while it shares master data and processes with the rest of the group. In Business Central, the route depends on the Saudi localisation app you use.

Can you build AI agents or an Arabic chatbot for a company in Kuwait?

Yes. The first design question is language: whether customers will write in Modern Standard Arabic, in dialect or in English, and whether answers must come back in the same form. Arabic support differs by tool and feature across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Anthropic’s Claude models, so we test it with your real questions before we build. Every agent works within roles and approvals.

Do you provide support after go-live?

Yes. Our managed services cover proactive monitoring, optimisation, security and 24/7 support for the Microsoft platform we deliver. We can also take on outsourced work and custom development when your team needs more capacity.
