Senior D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant
Join ConsultTik's Business Applications team in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will lead the design and delivery of Finance and Project Management & Accounting solutions that help our clients run their operations with clarity and control. This is a full-time, on-site role.

About the role
ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner helping organisations across six markets get more from Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data & AI and Azure. In our Business Applications team, you will be the functional lead on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations engagements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Finance and Projects areas. You will work on-site with clients, translating business needs into well-designed solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead requirements workshops with finance and project stakeholders, and document current and future-state processes
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, and budgeting
- Design and configure Project Management and Accounting, including project contracts, budgets, forecasts, time and expense, billing and revenue recognition
- Prepare functional design documents and work closely with technical consultants on integrations, reports and extensions
- Plan and run system testing, user acceptance testing and data migration validation
- Deliver end-user and key-user training, and support go-live and hypercare
- Guide junior consultants and contribute to ConsultTik's delivery practices and solution quality
What you bring
- Substantial hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012) as a functional consultant
- Strong expertise in the Finance modules and a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proven experience configuring and delivering Project Management and Accounting
- Experience leading workshops and owning functional design across the full implementation lifecycle
- Clear communication with business and technical audiences
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Saudi Arabia
Nice to have
- Microsoft certification such as Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements, such as ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT
- Experience with Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps or Power Platform
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English
