Data Analyst

About the role

ConsultTik is a Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Data & AI, Copilots & Agents, and Azure solutions across six markets from our offices in Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. As a Data Analyst in our Data & AI department, you will work on client projects from the first data source to the final model and report, making sure the data foundations are solid and the insights are actionable.

What you will do

• Gather business and data requirements with clients and translate them into clear analytical and technical designs.
• Design, build and maintain data warehouse solutions, including data modelling and data integration (ETL/ELT) pipelines.
• Prepare, clean and validate data to ensure quality, consistency and traceability.
• Develop, evaluate and deploy machine learning models that address defined business problems.
• Analyse data and communicate findings through clear reports and visualisations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with consultants across ERP, CRM and Azure teams to integrate data and AI into wider client solutions.
• Document solutions and support handover so clients can operate and benefit from them long term.

What you bring

• Proven end-to-end experience implementing data warehouse solutions, from requirements and modelling through to delivery.
• Proven end-to-end experience implementing machine learning solutions, from data preparation and model development through to deployment.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• The ability to explain technical results in terms of business value.

Nice to have

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (for example, in data, analytics, AI or Azure).
