Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated D365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for accounting and finance professionals looking to transition into the IT field by applying their financial knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.

Analyze business and financial requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

Assist in mapping financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance operations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

Work closely with technical consultants and project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.

Support clients throughout the implementation process and help optimize their financial workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Experience with SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics AX is a strong advantage.

Excellent English communication skills are a MUST.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Interest in ERP systems, business applications, and financial technology.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and develop functional consulting expertise.
