Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing software and application projects, ensuring client success and smooth delivery. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, organizational skill, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Business Applications projects (ERP, CRM, Power Platform).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong partnerships.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, scope, and resources.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor risks, budgets, and deliverables to meet business goals.
Support presales activities and contribute to proposals when needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in project management (software and applications).
At least one recognized Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Microsoft ERP, CRM, and Power Platform projects is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Willingness to travel 10%–50% across projects and client sites.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
